I love my kids, I know who does not. But seriously I love my kids, the love is gushing, overwhelming, almost life hindering. There is a huge part of me that wants to shelter them from all things we perceive negative, there is a part of me that wants to keep them stowed away so that I can selfishly have them all to myself. And, than there is another part of me, the part of me that knows they each need to walk their individual journeys, as I am walking mine. I feel so very blessed that I am walking right along side them. Each of them so very unique, yet so very alike.
There's no vocabulary For love within a family, love that's lived in But not looked at, love within the light of which All else is seen, the love within which All other love finds speech. This love is silent. ----T.S. Eliot
